The hotel was a mixed experience overall. The room fell short of our expectations but was still acceptable for our needs. The service was a bit hit or miss, but the location was excellent with easy access to shopping and the beach. The dining options were decent, albeit lacking in some areas.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that, while clean and equipped with necessities, could use upgrading. The service is exceptional with a particularly friendly front desk lady. The location is convenient for those looking to be close to downtown Pattaya, but it's a bit of a walk to the noisy North Pattaya Road. The dining experience is decent, although staff enthusiasm and English could be improved. Overall, a stay here balances positives and negatives effectively.
